Chinese ancestry did not deter Juan Yap Sia to serve the people of the City of Smiles, Cagayan de Oro, to render his public best.

“Johnny”, as he is fondly called to his constituents, is married to Adolfa Lui Sia.

He is a devoted father to Renato, David, Catherine, Len-len, and Marylou.  All of them are professionals.

He is a member of PDP-LAMP party.
